1. Declaration of Conformity
MediRad is committed to making its website https://test.medirad.sk/en accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act / EAA), which has been in force in the Slovak Republic since 28 June 2025.
This website is in full compliance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard — all non-conformities identified by the internal audit of 9 May 2026 were resolved in the iteration completed 12. mája 2026. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader access (NVDA, VoiceOver) and contrast ratios have been verified by manual and automated testing (axe DevTools). Section 2 lists further best-practice improvements we are working on.
2. Ongoing improvements
The following items do not violate WCAG 2.1 AA but are best-practice recommendations we address as part of continual improvement of code quality and user experience:
- Refaktoring inline štýlov (WCAG 1.4.12, best-practice) — postupné presunutie stoviek
style=atribútov z templates do CSS tried. Súčasný stav prehliadačom umožňuje úspešne aplikovať používateľské spacing-override-y, ale CSS triedy zlepšia údržbu kódu a downstream prístupnosť. - Lokalizácia titulu 404 stránky (WCAG 2.4.2, best-practice) — pridanie filtra
document_title_partstak, aby aj meta-titulok stránky 404 reflektoval aktuálny jazyk (sk/en/de/es/fr/it/uk). Bežní návštevníci stránku 404 nestretnú, ale screen reader by mal aj v tomto prípade hlásiť lokalizovaný titul.
Accessibility monitoring runs continuously via axe DevTools (automated audit) and manual testing with assistive technologies (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on iOS/macOS). Any new issue you report will be fixed within 30 days (contact in section 4).
3. Preparation of this statement
